Professional Standards and Practice

Homeopaths are Health Care Professionals, and need to be well trained.  Various organizations and/or governments have set standards for homeopathic practice.  It is  globally recognized that a homeopath needs 4 years of professional training.  Homeopathic training includes:  at least 400 hours of homeopathic medical studies; anatomy; physiology; pathology; and extensive clinical training.  Your homeopath as a professional is bound by the laws of confidentiality (such as the HIPA laws in the USA) like any other medical practitioner, what you tell your homeopath is private and will be held in strictest confidence.
