Course Outlines: Postgraduate Homeopathy Course

Eligibility
Applicants for this course must be holders of a Diploma of the Institute for the DIHom(Pract.), DHPh, DVet Hom, an equivalent qualification from a recognized college or have previous experience in homeopathic practice. Candidates are likely to be Homoeopaths, Veterinary Surgeons, Physicians, Pharmacists, Dentists, Physiotherapists, or other advanced health professionals.

Course Program
The Postgraduate Course is unique and stimulating. It contains much new and unpublished information and presentations with an entirely new approach designed to develop the creativity of the student.

Duration of study for this course is calculated at approximately 16 months. Your personal tutor will assist you in achieving whatever goal you set for yourself. It offers a multi-faceted course program comprising of:

1. Thesis: A short, original thesis of not less than 15,000 words  is presented by each student on completion of the course.
2. Practical Work: A practical exercise in homeopathic pharmacy to enable practitioners to prepare remedies.
3. Audio and visual CDs or tapes.
4. Personal Tutor: An expert Professional Homoeopath is assigned to assist every student on a personal basis.
5. Examinations: There is a mid-course examination and a final examination.
6. Seminars: Postgraduate Course students may attend optional seminars held by the Institute at various centers worldwide from time to time.
7.Case Studies: Students are required to submit five case studies prior to the final examination.

Award
Successful students are awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and are entitled to use the initials DHM.

Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma are eligible for applying for the Fellowship of the British Institute
